Link Your Account to Protect Your Game Data

Thank you for supporting TRIBE NINE.

To protect your game data, please read the information below and link your account.

 Account Linking

By linking your account, you can restore or transfer your game data even if the app is accidentally deleted.

Additionally, you can transfer your player data to a new device if your current device malfunctions or if you wish to change devices.

 How to Link Your Account

You can link your account to your Apple ID or Google account.

 Steps to Link Account

1. Go to "Menu (≡)" and press "Link Account".

*You cannot link your account from the Title Screen.

2. On the "Link Account" screen, press "Link".

3. On the "Confirm Link" screen, select "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google."

4. Log in using your selected account. A confirmation message, "Account Linked", will appear upon successful linking.

*Please keep your linked account information secure and do not share it with others.

*If you play the game through Steam®, linking your account will also link it to your Steam® account. Please review the information on the "Confirm Link" screen (Step 1) before linking your account.

You can claim your reward from Event > Account Linking Reward.

 FAQ: Regarding Account Linking

Q1: How do I restore/transfer my game data?

A1: Press "Menu (≡)" in the upper-left corner of the Title Screen, select "Transfer Account", and follow the on-screen instructions.

Q2: After transferring my account, will I be able to pick up my game progress from when I linked my account?

A2: You can proceed with the game from the last time you were online. For example, if you link your account when a challenge is ongoing and finish linking your account after completing a challenge, the game will proceed from the time when the challenge is finished.

Q3: After transferring my account to a different device, can I still play on the original device?

A3: Yes, you can play on both devices. However, you cannot log in to the same account on both devices simultaneously. If a new login is detected on a device, you will be returned to the Title Screen on the previous device.

Q4: Will my linked account be unlinked if I delete my player data?

A4: No, deleting your player data will not unlink your account. To unlink an account, go to Menu (≡) > Link Account.

Q5: Can I change my linked account?

A5: Yes. Unlink your current account, and then link the desired account.

Q6: I am seeing the message, "An account is already linked to the designated platform", and am unable to link my current game account.

A6: The platform you are trying to link may already be associated with other player data. Try linking with a different Apple or Google account. If you are unable to find another suitable account, please contact us via "Support" in the Menu.
